Michael J. Romer, Esq. is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Romer Debbas, LLP. Kael Goodman is an entrepreneur with a history of using technology and data to bridge the offline and online worlds. In 2009, Kael founded BlankSlate, a media and technology company monetizing a network of web properties, which led to his eventual acquisition of niche Brooklyn real estate site Brownstoner. Brownstoner, along with the monetization software BlankSlate had built, was acquired by Schneps Communications in 2017. Shortly after the sale of Brownstoner, Kael’s latest venture, Marketproof, was born.
